Kevin Feige “Wasn’t Pleased” With ‘Avengers: Endgame’ Leaks: “It’s Not Cool. It’s Not Fun.”

**We will be discussing the “Avengers: Endgame” leak, but absolutely will not include any spoilers for the film. You are free to read without fear.**

The security at Marvel Studios seems to be the standard-bearer in Hollywood, and has been for the better part of a decade. Sure, there have been leaked info and casting news, but those things are inevitable and impossible to stop. But as for plot points, surprises, twists, and all that, the superhero film studio has everything locked down in a way that seems impossible to break. But then, a week ago, it was seemingly broken, as footage from “Avengers: Endgame” leaked online.

While attending the film’s premiere, Kevin Feige explained what he thought when he saw the leak and why the response ultimately pleased the Marvel Studios president.

“I wasn’t pleased. It’s not cool. It’s not fun,” Feige said (via Associated Press). “But the response was what I expected, which was everybody turning it off, dismissing it [by saying], ‘Don’t watch it, don’t spoil it for anybody else.’ People are excited to see the movie fresh. People are excited to see the movie for the first time. That’s what they’ve been waiting a year or 12 years , depending on where you joined us. I’m excited that that day is finally here.”

Now, as mentioned in the warning above, there will not be a discussion of what the leaks include, but as we’ve already seen ‘Endgame,’ trust us when we say that you want to go into the film not knowing anything. You owe it to yourself to let the film surprise you the way that directors Joe and Anthony Russo want it to. And when the final credits roll, you’ll be very pleased you avoided the leaks and any spoilers.
